We still strive to maintain our small, family business atmosphere. The Owners are still involved in all of the day-to-day operations. They both remember that it is the customers that got us to where we are, and it is still the customers that we try to treat as our friends and family.
B&L now has a staff that can handle any and all of your pool, spa, or fountain needs with a combined experience of over 200 years in our repair and service staff alone. Some of our techs have been with us for over 20 years and some servicemen for as long as 15. This on top of our continual training on new and upcoming products to our industry makes us very confident that we can handle all your repair needs.
In our stores we pride ourselves on having managers that don’t just know our products but also know the industry. Most of our managers have over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the pool and spa industry.
B&L also boasts the largest retail parts warehouse in Phoenix, with over 16,000 sq ft of parts in stock to help take care of our customers quickly and efficiently.
